Description/Duties:

The Leaders of XGO who make all the rules within the clan. They can rank up any member of any division to any rank. Oversees day to day actions of all members below. Council members must report to CO's/CC's weekly. They will have CC/CO after their gamertag. This is an unachievable rank

Description/Duties:

Overlooks the community as a whole. They can rank up any member to any rank, but needs council approval to add another Joint Chief of Staff. Oversees day to day actions of all members below. They may split a clan with the council's approval. Must be a friend with every clan tag. All Generals must report to the C&C's weekly and on an almost daily schedule. Must have GN after their gamertag.

Description/Duties:

They look over an entire division and have the ability to rank up anyone within their division to captain. Part of the XGO Council. Oversees day to day actions of all members below and make recommendations to the Generals on all XGO activities. Must be a friend with every clan tag. The Colonels must report to the Generals and C&C's weekly. Must have XO after their gamertag.

Description/Duties:

Overlooks 2-4 squads and must look over the XGO clan as a whole. Must have weekly meetings with the Captains that they are overlooking. A member of the XGO Council. Must be a friend with every clan tag. In charge of the members/ranks below them. All Majors must report to the Colonels weekly. Must have XO after their gamer tag.

Description/Duties:

The commanding officers in charge of their clan/squad who oversees all activity within their division of XGO(alpha, bravo, etc...) Major decisions regarding their division of XGO must go through them. They can rank anyone up to Lieutenant, with approval from their assigned Major. Oversees the decision making of the Lieutenant Commander. Needs to have been in XGO for at least 3 months. In charge of their clan division, any decision making about their set clan division must go through them. Must have 'XGO' at the beginning of their gamertag.

Description/Duties:

Second in charge of the squad/clan division. They will receive weekly reports on how the clan is doing from the Master Warrant Officer and relay that information to the Captain, also in charge of giving out the appropriate ranks to the people who earn them. Must report to the Captain of all promotions within their squad. The Lieutenant must know the recruiting speech by heart and be able to cope with many situations. Needs to have been in XGO for at least 3 months. Second in charge of the squad/clan division and is able to rank others up to a Warrant Officer with a Captain present. Must have a great working relationship with their Captain.

Master Warrant Officer

Description/Duties:

Third in charge of the squad/clan division. They will report to the Lieutenant on how the clan is doing, also in charge of recommending the appropriate ranks of the squad's members to the Lieutenant. They must also keep a list of their squad's members and have it updated every two days. Needs to have been in XGO for at least 2 months. Must have regular meetings with the Lieutenant(s) and Captain(s). Is able to rank others up to a Sergeant Major with a Lieutenant or higher present.

Warrant Officer

Description/Duties:

The commanding officer in charge of all Sergeants and ranks below. Must have weekly meetings with sergeants on clan activity and must report that to the Master Warrant Officer. The Warrant Officer is also responsible for maintaining their clan's roster on the XGO Website. Needs to have been in XGO for at least 2 months. In charge of all ranks below. Must have weekly reports to the Master Warrant Officer and is able to rank others up to a Sergeant First Class with a Lieutenant or higher present.

Sergeant Major

Description/Duties:

The recruiter for the clan/squad in which they belong. Responsible for teaching the recruiting speech to every Sergeant or training a Sergeant on how to recruit. Needs to have been in XGO for at least 1 month. In charge of overseeing recruiting and starting a squad of players within their clan to assist with recruiting. Can rank others up to Sergeant with a Lieutenant or higher present.

Description/Duties:

The right hand man of the Sergeant Major, who overlooks the decisions of the Sergeants and gives weekly reports to the Sergeant Major. Needs to have been in XGO for at least 1 month. In charge of all ranks below them self and is allowed to recruit. Also needs to help the Sergeant Major with their recruiting squad.

Description/Duties:

The lowest rank capable of holding a command. They are in charge of all the ranks below them and making sure the rules are followed. In charge of all ranks below Corporal and is allowed to recruit. Must check the clan tag daily to ensure that all members have the required information on their gamercard.

Description/Duties:

A proven member who helps the Sergeant First Class with enforcing the rules of XGO and ensuring that gamercards have the required information. The Sergeant must help their clan members play together. Has to know the ranking structure and rules of XGO. Must be at least 16 or have Council Approval. Assists the Corporals with day to day duties. Can have 'XGO' in the beginning of their gamertag.

Description/Duties:

A soldier achieving the rank of Corporal has shown an extensive knowledge of XGO. Should know most of the ranking structure and rules of XGO. He/She should also should be helping out the Privates and Recruits with the clan. Help out the Sergeant with looking over the new recruits by helping them learn the rules and ranking structure of XGO. Must know the rules of XGO and most of the ranking structure.

A battle-weary member that helps out their Corporals with teaching others the rules and ranking structure. Must know the XGO Code of Conduct as well as most of the Ranking Structure.

An able member who needs to have a Corporal or higher explain the rules and ranking structure. Must have memorized most of the XGO Code of Conduct.

A relatively new member who needs to learn and play with members of XGO. Must be in XGO for at least two weeks in order to be promoted. Must continue to learn the rules and ranking structure of XGO.
